Job Summary: A technical support professional specialized in cosmetic raw materials, focused on strategic project development, technical presentations, and customer relationship management. Key Highlights: 1. Specialized technical support for cosmetic raw materials 2. Development and execution of strategic projects with clients 3. Technical lectures and presentations at industry events * Providing specialized technical support to customers on cosmetic raw materials, including actives, emulsifiers, rheological and sensory modifiers, emollients, silicones, and vegetable oils, with focus on Hair Care, Personal Care, and Pet Care markets; * Conducting technical visits to key accounts, supporting the development and execution of strategic projects; * Developing and delivering technical presentations and training sessions for Sales, Marketing, and Product teams; * Introducing new cosmetic raw materials to the Brazilian cosmetic market, from technical evaluation through application support; * Delivering technical lectures and presentations at cosmetic industry trade fairs, congresses, workshops, and webinars; * Managing the project pipeline via CRM, ensuring organization, visibility, and tracking of opportunities; * Monitoring project timelines and status to ensure adherence to schedules and timely delivery; **Requirements and Experience** * Bachelor’s degree preferred in Pharmacy or Chemistry; * Advanced English; Spanish is considered a plus; * Experience as a speaker at events, workshops, webinars, and/or technical congresses; * Ability to develop and strengthen long-term relationships with strategic customers and suppliers; * Autonomous and proactive profile, with high emotional intelligence for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders at all levels; * Practical experience with CRM (Salesforce) is considered a plus; * Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and sense of priority; * Experience in developing efficacy studies for raw materials and prototypes; * Involvement in cosmetic formulation development; * Willingness to travel. * Brenntag offers equal employment opportunities to qualified candidates and employees of all backgrounds and identities to create a workplace where diversity is valued because it builds a resilient and more innovative organization.
