Participation in training programs and updating on new technologies Job Description: Directly provide customer service, including installation, maintenance, address changes, equipment removal, and other services; ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction; guarantee service quality by following company standards and procedures; provide technical support, clarify customer inquiries, and apply best customer service practices. Responsibilities: Perform assigned customer service tasks, ensuring high quality and efficiency; Adhere to the pre-agreed service schedule with customers, ensuring punctuality and effectiveness; Ensure customer satisfaction through consultative service, identifying needs and offering appropriate solutions; Keep work tools organized and in good condition, paying special attention to connectorization tools to prevent damage; Properly use personal and collective protective equipment, ensuring personal safety and that of customers; Understand and apply quality indicators (IRR, IFI) daily to continuously improve services; Actively participate in company-provided training and development programs aimed at professional growth and continuous updating on new technologies and procedures. Main daily activities will include: Performing installation, maintenance, address change, and equipment removal services; Monitoring and reporting the status of completed services; Following company quality procedures and standards; Participating in training and updates on products and services. Requirements: Completed high school education; Customer service experience is considered a plus but is not mandatory; Strong communication skills, organization, and proactivity; Ability to work effectively in a team; Availability to work flexible hours as required by service needs; Basic knowledge of digital tools and service registration systems.
