Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Leader to design, evolve, and deliver end-to-end digital solutions, serving as a technical reference for distributed and highly available architectures at V.tal. We operate large-scale digital infrastructure platforms and manage critical, highly available systems. The professional will be responsible for designing, evolving, and delivering end\-to\-end digital solutions—engaging both in solution architecture and practical implementation. They will serve as the team’s technical reference, possessing systemic vision, mastery of distributed architectures, and the ability to make technical decisions considering trade\-offs, NFRs, and systemic impact—directly contributing to the company’s technological advancement. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Technically lead the evolution of Workforce and FTTH Scheduling systems, ensuring resilience, scalability, security, and operational continuity in mission-critical environments. * Serve as a technical and architectural reference, guiding teams in solution design, code reviews, definition of standards, and best practices. * Drive technical decisions considering trade\-offs, NFRs, TCO, operational risk, and systemic impact—particularly in scenarios involving coexistence between legacy systems and strategic platforms. * Maintain and evolve a solution architecture based on microservices, APIs, and event-driven integration, ensuring decoupling, traceability, and governance. * Collaborate closely with the strategy for unifying Workforce in FSL, defining integration paths, coexistence approaches, and system decommissioning plans. * Ensure advanced observability practices, including structured logging, metrics, distributed tracing, and proactive monitoring. * Support the definition of integration contracts (APIs, events, messaging), ensuring versioning, idempotency, and evolutionary compatibility. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Corporate Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Product, and Operations to ensure technical and strategic alignment. * Lead incremental modernization initiatives, avoiding big-bang approaches and reducing operational risk. * Act as the technical focal point in relationships with strategic vendors and software factories, ensuring governance and technical quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Solutions Architect in complex, high-criticality environments. * Strong backend expertise (Node.js/TypeScript and Java; Python is a plus). * Knowledge of flow diagrams. * Practical experience with distributed architectures, DDD, Clean Architecture, and Hexagonal Architecture. * Experience with event-driven architecture (EDA) and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar). * Experience with complex integrations across multiple systems and business domains. * Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines as part of architecture (Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions). * Experience with API Management (Apigee or similar). * Solid knowledge of observability (ELK Stack, Datadog). * Experience with Kubernetes (GCP, OpenShift, or equivalents). * Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (Oracle, MongoDB). * Practical experience with DevSecOps and security integrated from solution design. * Experience in high-availability, mission-critical, and 24x7 operational environments. * Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Preferred qualifications: Experience in telecommunications, OSS/BSS, Workforce Management, or field operations. Experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) or similar Workforce platforms. Experience with AI. Experience in system portfolio rationalization and consolidation. Ability to act as a bridge between technology, business, and operations.
