Description

We are looking for a **Senior Tech Lead** to lead development teams technically, contributing to the evolution of software architecture, delivery quality, and the application of engineering best practices. **The professional will be responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions, supporting architectural decisions, guiding the development team, and ensuring the delivery of robust, high-performance, and scalable solutions.** The position will involve strong hands-on work with **Java, Spring Boot, APIs, software architecture, and cloud environments**, serving as the technical reference for the team. **Key responsibilities:** * Design software solution architectures, contributing to technical analysis, improvements, and standard definition; * Translate business requirements into efficient and scalable technical solutions; * Support decisions related to application architecture, performance, security, and scalability; * Provide technical leadership to the development team; * Support developers in resolving technical challenges; * Conduct code reviews and approve pull requests; * Support technical estimations, backlog refinement, and demand planning; * Ensure code quality, testing, performance, and security of applications; * Monitor release processes, GMUD, and production deployment; * Support the team in handling technical incidents, continuous improvement, and product evolution; * Plan releases jointly with leadership and identify technical risks. **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or related fields; * Solid experience in Java development; * Experience as a technical reference or Tech Lead; * Knowledge of Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA; * Knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL; * Knowledge of non-relational databases such as MongoDB; * Experience developing RESTful and SOAP APIs; * Experience with version control using Git; * Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban; * Knowledge of deploying and maintaining applications in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure; * Experience with automated testing and practices such as TDD and BDD; * Experience with microservices architecture; * Strong analytical ability, good communication skills, and capability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. **Desirable requirements:** * Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes; * Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and CircleCI; * Knowledge of observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack; * Experience with additional programming languages such as Kotlin or Scala; * Experience in highly critical environments with large user volumes. **Job details:** * Employment type: Individual Contractor (PJ) \+ 13th-month salary \+ 30 days paid leave * Work model: Remote **About the client:** A large-scale healthcare company operating in a high-scale technological environment with complex operational demands.
