Job Summary: Functional Consultant for Tasy to gather requirements, perform configuration, deliver training, and provide support for clinical modules in a hospital environment. Key Highlights: 1. Experience delivering training and technical documentation #### **Responsibilities** * Conduct detailed functional requirements gathering and clinical process mapping with hospital teams. * Develop and execute Tasy system configuration and parameterization, focusing on clinical modules such as inpatient, outpatient, emergency department, and surgical center. * Deliver training sessions and workshops for end users (physicians, nurses, receptionists) on effective use of Tasy functionalities. * Provide second-level functional support, identifying and resolving issues related to Tasy operations within the clinical environment. * Prepare technical documentation and user manuals for customizations and functionalities implemented in Tasy. * Collaborate with the development team to specify required Tasy customizations and integrations. * Actively participate in testing phases to ensure implemented solutions comply with business requirements. #### **Requirements** * Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a Functional Consultant or Systems Specialist in implementing or supporting the Tasy system, with focus on clinical modules. * In-depth knowledge of hospital-oriented workflows and processes (finance, treasury, accounting, cost management, budgeting, etc.). * Bachelor’s degree in Health-related fields (Accounting Sciences, Administration, Economics) or Information Technology, with knowledge of the areas mentioned above. * Ability to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose systemic solutions using Tasy. * Experience delivering training and developing instructional materials for end users. * Knowledge of SQL for data queries and analysis to assist in problem resolution and information extraction from Tasy. * Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile or Waterfall) and software development lifecycle. #### **Skills** * Tasy HTML5 System — Required modules: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounting, Cost Management, Budgeting, Bank Control, and Cash Flow. Desirable modules: Contract Reimbursement, Medical Reimbursement, and Treasury.
