Preferably with experience in the following platforms: Suíte Gen.te Nuvem (LG), Benner, Tax One, Easyway, Mastersaf, and ERP Oracle Fusion (a plus). Ensures that developed products align with company specifications, exercising autonomy and guiding Analysts II, I, and technical consultants from partner consulting firms. Guides and prepares technical and economic feasibility studies, as well as technical specifications, autonomously evaluating project feasibility. Designs system flow diagrams and identifies required development tools. Issues technical opinions regarding system and application development; drafts and validates technical documentation produced by vendors. Researches and identifies new technologies, evaluates vendors, requests demonstrations, and conducts technical analyses to keep systems up to date. Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies, code versioning, and best practices in IT governance. Clear and effective communication with business areas and stakeholders, promoting strategic alignment. Knowledge of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) tools, along with monitoring and security skills. Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure fast, secure, and high-quality deliveries. Experience in cloud environments, reinforcing operational flexibility and scalability. Monitors progress of projects under responsibility, manages technical and operational risks, and proposes corrective actions when necessary to ensure adherence to deadlines and delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with the company’s strategic goals. Proven leadership of technical teams, management of project activities, and alignment of solutions with business needs—including integration and automation of development and operations processes. **Requirements and qualifications** Office suite (primarily Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Systems Analysis and Development. Demonstrated experience leading technical teams, managing project activities, and integrating and automating development and operations processes. Knowledge of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) tools, monitoring and security skills, and ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure rapid, high-quality deliveries.
