About the Position On-site Systems Analyst – Belém/PA At WLAN, the Systems Analyst works directly at the core of our technological processes, ensuring systems operate efficiently, stably, and evolve continuously. This professional bridges technology and day-to-day operations across departments—understanding needs, proposing solutions, and supporting operations with agility and precision. Responsibilities * Analyze, maintain, and improve the company’s internal systems; * Gather requirements, map needs, and propose technological solutions; * Record, track, and resolve tickets related to integrations, errors, and enhancements; * Create and update technical and functional documentation; * Support internal users with more complex system-related requests; * Escalate issues to vendors or technical teams when necessary; * Assist the IT department in implementing new tools and technological advancement projects. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Technology-related fields (e.g., Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Networks, or related); * Experience in systems analysis, advanced support, or related areas; * Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL; * Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or automations (a plus); * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and capacity to manage multiple requests; * Availability to work on-site in Belém/PA; * Proficiency with systems, documentation, and internal tools.
