Your moment has arrived—come be **\#IN**! **Responsibilities and Duties** **On a daily basis, you will:** * Receive parts according to orders and negotiated invoices; identify codes; store items in inventory; perform daily counts; pick materials for loading; and verify route return deliveries; * Collaborate on inventory management by monitoring stock levels, identifying replenishment needs, and coordinating with Analysts to ensure product availability aligned with demand; * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement transactions, contracts, correspondence, and other documents related to suppliers and shipments; * Support the organization and maintenance of physical and electronic files related to the end-to-end procurement process; * Provide administrative support to the Procurement and Supply department, including recordkeeping, report preparation, and communication with suppliers; * Assist in preparing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of information and adherence to established deadlines; * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need to have?** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields; Experience in procurement/supply chain; Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Additional Information** **Benefits that care for you at every stage of life!** At **Imediato Nexway**, we believe your quality of life is essential.
