Delivery Supervisor

Description

We are seeking a Delivery Supervisor to manage the entire delivery operation, including orders and corporate clients, ensuring efficiency, organization, and a high standard of service. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of delivery platforms, adherence to deadlines, and satisfaction of end customers and business clients. ⸻ Key Responsibilities * Manage and operate iFood, 99, and JotaJá delivery platforms * Handle scheduled orders and corporate client requests * Monitor orders and deliveries in real time * Resolve incidents, delays, cancellations, and complaints * Maintain clear and professional communication with end and corporate clients * Coordinate internal teams and delivery partners * Ensure order organization, verification, and proper workflow * Monitor performance indicators (delivery time, ratings, errors) * Propose improvements to optimize delivery processes ⸻ Requirements * Experience with delivery platforms (iFood, 99, and JotaJá) * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Problem-solving ability and sound decision-making skills * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency * Proactivity and ability to work under pressure * Basic computer literacy Compensation: Fixed salary: R$ 2\.500,00 \+ bonus Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off Working hours: 08:00 to 16:20 Job type: Full-time CLT employment Payment: Starting from R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
