Leadership in strategic brand and client planning. **RSG Brasil Headhunters** **Location:** São Paulo/SP – Hybrid model (3 days onsite). **Client:** Agency in the communications and marketing sector **Position:** **Account Supervisor** **Position Description:** We seek a professional to serve as **Account Supervisor**, responsible for the strategic management of agency client accounts, ensuring alignment between clients’ business objectives and internal team deliverables. The professional will work integrally with Creative, Media, Strategy, and Production departments, overseeing project development while ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and excellence in client relationships. (with international presence) **Responsibilities:** * Lead strategic planning for serviced brands and clients, including projects, prospecting, and tenders; * Participate from the initial briefing stage to define project business and communication objectives; * Receive and structure client briefings, directing requests to the respective departments; * Monitor project development, ensuring deadline adherence, goal achievement, and delivery quality; * Build and maintain close client relationships, aligning expectations and delivering results; * Anticipate risks and potential project changes, acting preventively; * Participate in brainstorming sessions and strategic workshops with internal teams; * Track trends and market movements relevant to serviced clients; * Estimate and monitor the pipeline of future projects; * Manage production budget requests and out-of-scope demands, coordinating with internal and finance departments; * Ensure standardization and quality of client deliverables; * Act as the interface between clients and internal teams, consolidating information on completed, ongoing, and upcoming projects; * Manage project-involved teams, ensuring job execution; * Collaborate closely with the media team, monitoring campaigns and performance analyses; * Handle crisis management and client mediation when necessary; * Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts; * Monitor and ensure compliance with approved budgets across suppliers and internal departments; * Contribute to standardizing processes, methodologies, and documentation within the account service area. **Profile:** * Prior experience in account service or account management at communications or advertising agencies; * Experience in project management and client relationship management; * Strong organizational, planning, and multi-project tracking abilities; * Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented mindset; * Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills; * **Advanced or fluent English (mandatory);** * Availability for hybrid work (3 days onsite per week). **Advantages:** * Experience managing teams in an agency environment; * Exposure to integrated projects involving media, creative, and strategy; * Experience participating in tenders or new business initiatives; * Knowledge of pipeline management and strategic account planning. **Compensation:** **R$ 7.000,00 PJ x 13 invoices + benefits** Immediate start www.rsgbrasil.com.br
