We’re looking for someone to join us as a **Staff Software Engineer Backend**, ready to accelerate this journey with us. **Your role here:** As a **Staff Software Engineer Backend**, you’ll play a pivotal role in rethinking the architecture of our products, improving their efficiency, reducing costs, and unlocking new business opportunities. As an engineering specialist at Turbi, you’ll assume a technical leadership role within the team—supporting the Engineering Manager (EM) in the team’s technical evolution, guiding technical decision-making, and assisting the team with technical challenges. Additionally, you’ll bring your perspective on technology and industry practices that can optimize code, projects, and products—delivering greater efficiency, stronger metrics for the team, improved customer experience, increased revenue, and strategic decisions to drive success and growth in 2026\.
