Conduct critical analysis and structuring of service solutions to meet demands from new projects, RFPs, RFQs, and outsourcing or services-based sales projects for government tenders and Terms of Reference (TRs). This includes sizing technical support structures, operational management, on-site support, and backup plans for the company’s core business pillars: MPS (Managed Print Services), Device as a Service (DaaS for PCs and/or Mobility), and Commercial Automation (thermal printing and data collection devices). 2. Size the resources required to deliver specialized microcomputer support and field service (on-site support) for Workplace offerings (by "Workplace," we mean: service desk, field service, and bodyshop — i.e., labor resource allocation). 3. Assess project service scenarios and scope, considering activities, service requirements, risks, service-level agreements (SLAs) and associated penalties, responsibilities, etc., to support the commercial team in structuring and developing costing elements for subsequent pricing, assumptions, and constraints to be included in the service proposal. 4. Maintain up-to-date operational and technical labor costing databases used in the company’s standard service delivery scope (e.g., technical labor per thousand printed pages, resident technical labor, maintenance packages — combining technical labor and parts). Also maintain tables of Response Time, Solutions, and Geographic Service Regions within the current pricing tool. 6. Assume responsibility for a defined portion of a project or process, building credibility through competent work and exercising autonomy to propose innovations within pre-established parameters. 7. Propose improvements to service offerings and their execution to sustain competitiveness and alignment with customer demands and/or changes in the company’s equipment (core pillars) offerings. 8. Support the commercial team in drafting Terms of Reference, RFQs, and RFIs for projects across all company pillars. 9. Participate in meetings alongside the commercial team to present and defend technical proposals, detailing the proposed service strategy to secure contract closure and client agreement. 10. Prior knowledge of products and services included in our proposals — whether hardware, software, or services — is required, enabling competitive analysis against competitors and the broader market to strengthen our competitiveness and accuracy. 11. Understand environmental aspects and impacts related to one’s activities, apply the company’s established sustainable practices, and suggest, where possible, ideas to improve SGI performance. Requirements Experience in managing implementation and/or operation of IT services or field hardware maintenance. Experience managing products and solutions in the hardware, software, or labor outsourcing segment. Experience designing solutions for MPS, DaaS, Workplace, or Service Desk offerings. Basic knowledge of Costing (direct, indirect, variable, fixed costs). Experience executing or managing IT service delivery in IT environments. Intermediate English (reading and writing) Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite Technical ability to lead client presentations and meetings. Strong technical and commercial writing skills. Effective communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of best practices in IT Service Management based on the ITIL framework. Knowledge of best practices in Project Management based on PMBOK guidelines. Cost accounting (industrial or service-based), process design, labor resource sizing (including differentiated work schedules: 24h/7d, 12h/36h, night shifts, on-call). Workplace knowledge — sizing service desk and field service capacity, use of Erlang calculation spreadsheets for service coverage.
