Interested in a career that yields greater returns? **Check out this opportunity and \#JoinPagBank!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and optimize cloud costs in AWS-focused environments. * Analyze resource usage and propose initiatives for efficiency and cost reduction. * Develop and maintain analyses, reports, and dashboards for financial and operational monitoring. * Build automations to optimize cloud environment costs. * Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and business teams to ensure optimal resource allocation. * Identify continuous improvement opportunities using FinOps tools and best practices. * Support defining efficient, resilient, and cost-optimized architectures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Technology or related fields. * Proficiency in AWS, including configuration and administration of services such as ECS, VPC, networking, security groups, AWS Config, Lambda, S3 (including tiering), Flow Logs, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, AWS Glue, QuickSight, Organizations, IAM, and permission management. * Experience with infrastructure-as-code, preferably Terraform. * Programming knowledge, with proficiency in Python and SQL. * Applied statistics knowledge (mean, median, standard deviation, forecasting). * Understanding of cloud application architecture (containers, clusters, EKS, spot instances, etc.). * Familiarity with AWS pricing models, including Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, Spot Instances, Cost and Usage Reports (CUR), Cost Explorer, and AWS Pricing Calculator. * Ability to design cloud application architectures incorporating best practices such as CDN usage, firewalls, API Gateway, multi\-AZ and multi\-region deployments, high availability, redundancy, and fault tolerance. * Experience identifying cost optimization opportunities using tools like AWS Trusted Advisor and Compute Optimizer. **Additional Information** * Experience with FinOps practices and cloud cost governance. * Exposure to large-scale and distributed systems environments. * Knowledge of data visualization and executive dashboard development. * AWS Solutions Architect certification.
