We are looking for a **Senior Systems Development Analyst** with solid backend and frontend experience, capable of participating in the full development lifecycle—from understanding the backlog to delivering scalable, clean, and high-performance solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure proper system integration across the IT organization via data connections, applications, APIs, and devices, to make processes more efficient, productive, and agile. * Develop systems by designing, coding, and integrating software and/or hardware solutions—covering the full scope from programming to integration with other tools and/or information systems—to meet internal and/or external customer technology needs. * Maintain systems by applying necessary changes throughout their operational lifespan, aligned with company and/or user requirements, to guarantee appropriate functioning of information systems. * Develop functionalities and maintain system architecture by planning, creating, implementing, and maintaining foundational structures, while sustaining the evolutionary process of digital projects. * Identify improvement opportunities by mapping processes during execution, applying procedures and workflows, to propose actions enabling continuous improvement in IT system development. * Document the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) by presenting source code information objectively, categorically, and visually, to foster shared and transparent business understanding. * Serve as a mentor and/or technical reference for team members through training and guidance, enabling optimal use of applications and work tools to achieve results. * Perform other professional duties related to and inherent to the role, as required or demanded by the department—through training, professional qualification, and direction from the immediate supervisor—to ensure continuous professional development. * Actively contribute to developing performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs), and new company initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields; * Experience with .NET Core (3\.1 through 9\) and .NET Framework (4\.7 or higher); * Solid knowledge of Clean Architecture and SOLID principles; * Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming, Dependency Injection, and Design Patterns; * Experience with React.js (Vite is a plus); * Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.); * Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms; * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases; * Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core (EF Core); * Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, decision-making ability, business acumen, technical leadership, and project management skills. * Preferred qualifications: experience with Vite in the React ecosystem; knowledge of CI/CD and automated testing; experience with microservices architecture. **Additional Information** * Health and dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Wellhub * Wellz * Day off * Discounts on personal insurance contracts—including auto, life, home, and travel insurance—among others. **Here, you define the pace and scale of your growth and achievements.** MDS is one of Brazil’s leading insurance brokerage firms, specializing in insurance, reinsurance, benefits management, and risk consulting.
