In 2025, we received the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification for the fifth consecutive year. **Responsibilities and Duties** **i4pro + You = i4evc** Throughout your journey at i4pro, you’ll have numerous opportunities to develop, evolve, and transform—all within a collaborative and healthy work environment that values recognition, appreciation, and well-being for everyone. **Therefore, we count on you to:** * Develop new features and modify existing ones within 75% of the time allocated per the budget table. * Analyze functional specifications; when necessary, return the FS to the business analyst or product team for scope clarification and recommend alternative implementation approaches that deliver greater customer value and lower system impact. * Define technical requirements and guide other developers on executing and complying with governance requirements. * Validate development hour budgets for each project with the Senior Business Analyst or your leadership. * Assign development tasks to other team members with appropriate technical guidance. * Conduct code reviews of code produced by analysts on your team, ensuring alignment with technical requirements, governance standards, and industry best practices. * Support production operations by fixing program and component errors, writing scripts for database adjustments, assessing potential operational impacts on customers, and alerting business analysts for client communication. * Actively collaborate with leadership on project and support structure planning to understand assigned activities, sharing ideas or proposing actions to ensure timely project completion. * Support leadership in meeting agreed-upon timelines and delivering customer commitments as defined with your leadership. * Develop unit tests (TDDs). * Perform code refactoring on assigned routines. * Generate evidence and documentation of completed development work. * Upon completion of development, submit deliverables to the Quality Assurance team for final project acceptance testing; support the UAT process and guide the team in adding additional test cases when changes may impact areas outside the functional specification. * Actively participate in system/module implementation at client sites, analyze optimal implementation formats, data migration processes, system versions, and support business/product analysts in system configuration. * Provide technical assistance and/or train new developers on development tools. **Requirements and Qualifications** **You Must Also Have:** * Solid programming logic knowledge * Solid SQL language knowledge * C# language knowledge is desirable * Basic knowledge of Visual Studio * Mandatory experience in the insurance market * Technical high school diploma in technology or ongoing undergraduate degree in technology or related fields **Nice-to-Have (Differentiators):** * Experience in Individual Life Insurance (SVI) * Knowledge of Agile methodology * Technical English **Additional Information** **Our Work Model:** We prioritize employee well-being, offering remote, on-site, or hybrid positions—determined based on job needs and role responsibilities.
