Interested in a career that yields greater returns? **Check out this opportunity and \#JoinPagBank!** **Responsibilities and duties** * Work within a highly skilled team to develop scalable, resilient, and high-quality software; * Technically lead the lifecycle of new features and products, overseeing deliveries and solution evolution; * Define front-end application architectures; * Develop solutions that simplify and improve customer experience; * Plan, estimate, and analyze impacts and risks of changes to applications; * Create and monitor quality metrics and application performance; * Collaborate with various company departments and business teams in a dynamic, high-growth environment; * Share ideas, participate in feedback sessions, and contribute to the team’s technical development; * Work closely with the security team to ensure platform reliability and protection; * Participate in the evolution of development processes, promoting practices such as Dojo and Pair Programming; * Continuously contribute to the team’s technical growth and dissemination of best practices. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields; * Experience building responsive web pages; * Proficiency in web application development using advanced JavaScript (object-oriented programming, inheritance, prototypal patterns, design patterns, ES2015+, etc.); * Proficiency in CSS3, SASS, Flexbox, and Grid Layout; * Proficiency in application architecture (web servers, HTTP, BFF, Node.js); * Proficiency in automated testing using Jest, Testing Library, and others; * Proficiency in code quality tools such as Prettier, Husky, and Stylelint; * Proficiency in Git for source code versioning; * Proficiency in task automation and bundling tools such as Webpack, Grunt, and Gulp; * Experience with ReactJS, Next.js, Redux, and React Hooks; * Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL (Apollo Client/Server); * Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins; * Experience with Clean Code and TDD; * Experience with TypeScript; * Experience with AI-powered development copilots and AI tools applied to software development; * Ability to formulate technical prompts; * Experience using AI for code generation, refactoring, and testing; * Ability to critically validate AI-generated code; * Responsible use of AI, considering security, privacy, and compliance. **Additional information** **Preferred** * Experience with performance optimization (gzip, minify, etc.); * Knowledge of web application security (CORS, XSRF, CSP, etc.); * Knowledge of jQuery and Velocity; * Experience with agile methodologies and continuous improvement; * Knowledge of end-to-end testing (Cypress, TestCafe, etc.); * Experience with Docker; * Experience with monitoring tools (logs, APM, browser monitoring, etc.).
