Application of methodologies such as SPIN, BANT, and consultative discovery We are expanding our commercial team and looking for a **Senior SDR** with strategic expertise in generating B2B sales pipeline within the technology and connectivity segments. This role goes beyond scheduling meetings: we seek a metrics-driven professional with mastery of structured outbound processes and a strong focus on commercial funnel predictability. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute multichannel outbound prospecting (phone, e\-mail, LinkedIn) * Create and optimize strategic cadences * Work with ICP and segmentation * Apply methodologies such as SPIN, BANT, or similar * Conduct consultative discovery * Generate qualified meetings for Sales Executives * Update and analyze pipeline in CRM * Monitor KPIs (conversion rate, SQL, SLA) **Technical Requirements** * Solid experience as an SDR/BDR in B2B sales (preferably in technology) * Experience with structured outbound processes * Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) * Experience analyzing funnels and KPIs * Experience with prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Ramper, Neoway, or similar) * Ability to conduct consultative outreach with decision-makers Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in related fields. **Behavioral Profile** We seek someone with consultative communication skills, analytical thinking oriented toward metrics, ability to structure processes, proactivity, and autonomy.
