If you value caring for Brazilians and want to grow with Caixa Vida e Previdência, the doors are open. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Elicit, analyze, and clearly specify requirements in depth; * Map processes and identify real opportunities for improvement; * Support system implementation and evolution, ensuring alignment with business needs; * Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validations with critical insight; * Quickly resolve issues by addressing root causes; * Manage demands with stakeholders and vendors, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery; * Act consultatively and preventively to reduce incidents and increase efficiency; * Train users and foster autonomy in using solutions; * Ensure robust documentation and process governance; * Propose and implement continuous improvements and automations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Proven experience as a Requirements / Business / Systems Analyst; * Strong analytical capability and business acumen; * Experience mapping processes and writing functional specifications; * Experience with testing and UAT; * Clear communication skills, consultative posture, and ownership mindset; * Experience with agile methodologies; * Experience implementing systems; * Knowledge of IT governance and system integrations. **Additional Information** **These are our benefits:** **Profit Sharing** After achieving targets, we earn an additional payment—right? **Flexible Working Hours** You may arrive between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM and leave between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM. **Meal and Food Allowance** One card for groceries and another for lunch with coworkers.
