You will join a collaborative team in an environment of constant knowledge exchange and technical challenges aimed at building scalable, high-impact solutions. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Participating in daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and knowledge-sharing chapters; * Conducting code reviews and pair programming, supporting junior and mid-level developers; * Contributing to technical design meetings and integrations of new features; * Collaborating on the continuous evolution of the team’s development practices. **Required qualifications:** * Advanced experience with JavaScript and TypeScript; * Solid knowledge of React.js, hooks, and component optimization (e.g., useMemo, useCallback); * Experience with Next.js and rendering (SSR, SSG, ISR); * Proficiency in CSS3 and responsive design; * Adherence to web accessibility best practices following the WAI\-ARIA standard; * Experience with testing using React Testing Library, Jest, or Vitest; * Clean, decoupled, and scalable code; * Familiarity with Gitflow; * Basic understanding of UX and experience using Figma; * Strong grasp of HTML element hierarchy and correct semantic usage. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Web accessibility; * Jotai; * React Query (Tanstack); * Observability with Datadog; * Google Analytics; * Experience with automated testing.
