Senior Python Developer

Description

We are seeking a **Senior Python Developer** to contribute to the engineering of high\-performance applications and data\-driven systems. The successful candidate will combine deep technical know\-how with a collaborative mindset to deliver reliable solutions across modern cloud environments. **Responsibilities** * Design and implement Python services that power core business functionality * Develop and maintain automated build and release workflows with Jenkins and GitHub Actions * Deploy and operate workloads on AWS, GCP and Azure * Construct ETL/ELT pipelines to enable efficient data movement and transformation * Package and ship applications through Docker\-based environments * Configure observability stacks leveraging Elasticsearch, Grafana and Prometheus * Implement event\-driven components powered by Apache Kafka * Write reliable test coverage with Pytest to safeguard production releases * Participate in code reviews and share best practices with peers * Cooperate with product, QA and DevOps teams to translate requirements into working software **Requirements** * 3\+ years of commercial experience in software engineering * Strong proficiency in Python, Django and Pandas * Hands\-on skills in CI/CD tooling including Jenkins and GitHub Actions * Experience working with cloud providers such as AWS, GCP and Azure * Capability to build and run containerized services with Docker * Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and Apache Kafka * Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Elasticsearch, Grafana and Prometheus * Showcase of test\-driven development with Pytest * Qualifications in relational databases including Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL and MySQL * Understanding of NoSQL stores such as Amazon DynamoDB * Flexibility to use Git for source control * English proficiency at B2 level or higher
