This detailed strategy is the soul of our institution and must serve as a permanent source of guidance and inspiration for all institutional decisions. **FULLY ON-SITE POSITION IN RECIFE/PE** **What is the challenge of this role?** Elicit and map business processes in collaboration with functional areas, documenting them in BPMN and identifying inputs, outputs, risks, and responsible parties; Analyze bottlenecks, rework, and improvement opportunities, proposing solutions aligned with the company’s strategy; Evaluate process efficiency using performance indicators (KPIs) and develop optimized, standardized workflows; Collaborate with IT to define automation requirements and support implementation and monitoring of improvements; Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and governance standards; Support the development of executive reports and presentations for managers and executives; Conduct training sessions and workshops to disseminate new processes and ensure alignment between technical and business areas. **What we expect from you:** Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology Management, Information Systems/IT, or related fields; Prior experience in the activities described in this job posting. **Not required, but highly desirable:** Solid knowledge of business processes, BPMN, and CMMI. **What you’ll find with us:** * Daycare allowance; * Eyeglass allowance; * Ben.up; * Benefits Club; * Pharmacy discount; * Birthday day off; * Gympass; * Health and dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Meal and/or food allowance (extended during vacation); * Certifications and training; * Corporate university; * And much more!
