You will experience a highly dynamic day-to-day schedule, facing numerous challenges and multidisciplinary topics, interacting with various departments, and gaining broad insight into how pricing is structured at the world’s largest food company. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities...** Implement automated solutions to optimize pricing routines, reducing the need for manual intervention. Propose and lead continuous improvement initiatives for pricing systems and tools, ensuring their updates and process efficiency. Maintain and monitor implemented improvements, ensuring the pricing system remains up-to-date and functions correctly. Document all processes and improvements carried out, ensuring they can be maintained by any team member. Facilitate communication between business units and IT, clearly and objectively translating each stakeholder’s needs. Lead high-impact internal improvement projects for the Pricing team, ensuring timely delivery and high quality. **What Will Contribute to Your Success?** Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields Ability to perform complex data analysis and pursue performance; Advanced knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Knime, Excel, R, Python, DAX, M Language, Power Apps, and Power Automate; Skill in clearly and thoroughly documenting processes and improvements; Experience in process automation and continuous improvement, preferably within business areas. Experience in the Pricing area; (Preferred) Experience leading internal improvement projects.
