Description:
What you need to have:
* Completed high school;
* Minimum 2 years of experience in the railway industry;
* Intermediate Office Suite proficiency;
* Driver's License Category B.

Main Responsibilities:
* Execute the operational inspection process for freight cars in Tutoia, where trains refuel, prioritizing railway safety.
* Supervise and/or schedule field operations teams according to operational and safety standards to achieve area-defined targets.
* Conduct daily safety meetings (DDS) to foster a positive safety culture within operations.
* Guide the team daily through meetings to ensure achievement of production, quality, and safety objectives for the processes under your responsibility.
* Ensure personal safety routines by applying safety tools.
* Lead the team and provide feedback to promote technical and behavioral development, enabling continuous team improvement.
* Plan team activities including distribution of Work Orders, monitoring operational execution, managing work shifts, and reporting anomalies.
* Monitor key area indicators through analysis of control spreadsheets, aiming to implement continuous improvement actions.
* Collaborate with other departments, identify, report, and support overall operational improvements.
* Conduct field inspections to monitor operational and equipment performance.
* Ensure execution of the maintenance plan for equipment and facilities in the area by analyzing manufacturer manuals and/or internal procedures to guarantee their availability and reliability.
* Actively participate in developing and drafting the area’s operational plan, assisting in defining deadlines and schedules.
* Provide inventory, scheduling, and/or productivity data for the area under your responsibility to client departments, supporting their decision-making.
* Respond to and investigate operational deviations/incidents.
* Train the team on procedures and/or alerts.
