




**VP: Chief Information Officer** **Director of Projects, Finance and Legal** **Work Location: Remote** Act as a Senior Functional Analyst on strategic and operational improvement projects, ensuring our payment processes and systems are efficient, secure and aligned with industry regulations. You will be a key player in integrating business areas, technology and operations, driving our customers’ digital experience. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Elicit, analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements for payment solutions (PIX, cards, bank slips, digital wallets, reconciliation and other payment methods); * Model business processes using BPMN, flowcharts and user stories, supporting backlog prioritization in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban); * Validate business rules for authorization, capture, refunds and fraud prevention, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards; * Conduct gap analysis on existing systems, propose improvements and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT); * Prepare documentation and specifications (Epic Checklists, Traceability Matrix, Product Backlog, writing and estimating user stories, test scenarios and evidence, etc.); * Collaborate with IT teams to translate requirements into technical specifications, participating in refinement sessions and agile ceremonies; * Monitor performance metrics (transaction time, rejection rate) and suggest data-driven optimizations; * Support regulatory audits and document compliance in response to regulatory changes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in technology fields—e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines—is a plus; * Solid experience as a Functional Analyst, preferably in payment methods, digital banks or fintechs; * Proficiency in elicitation techniques (workshops, interviews, prototyping) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio or Lucidchart; * In-depth knowledge of payment processes (PIX, open banking, gateways) and regulations (Central Bank, LGPD); * Experience with agile methodologies and writing user stories/epics with clear acceptance criteria; * Intermediate English for technical reading and conversation. **Additional Information** At Vivo, we spare no effort in supporting and valuing our employees.
