We are seeking a **Senior DevOps Analyst with a focus on Automation** who wants to grow with Vertigo! The professional will be responsible for supporting the implementation of DevOps practices, infrastructure automation, pipelines, environment integration, observability, and continuous improvement of GTI’s technical processes. They will work on automation, standardization, maintenance, and evolution of infrastructure, application, and platform environments—contributing to greater operational efficiency, reliability, traceability, and reduction of manual tasks. **\#GoVertigo** **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Develop, maintain, and enhance automations for provisioning, configuration, operation, and maintenance of IT environments; * Support the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, scripts, integrations, and automated routines; * Work with infrastructure-as-code, configuration automation, and environment standardization; * Support the maintenance and evolution of Linux, container, Kubernetes, cloud, and hybrid platform environments; * Integrate monitoring, observability, ITSM, code repositories, and operational platforms; * Support analysis and resolution of incidents, problems, and changes in automated environments; * Contribute to process improvement, reduction of operational errors, and increased delivery reliability; * Produce technical documentation, runbooks, procedures, and automation best practices. **Required Technical Knowledge:** --------------------------------------- * Linux, shell scripting, and basic/intermediate server administration. * Git, GitLab/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and version control best practices. * Automation using Python, Shell, PowerShell, or equivalent languages. * Containers, Docker, and Kubernetes fundamentals. * Infrastructure-as-code using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar. * Concepts of public cloud, hybrid environments, and infrastructure automation. * Monitoring, logging, metrics, dashboards, and integration with observability tools. * Familiarity with ITSM, change management, incident management, and operational documentation. **Desirable Knowledge:** ----------------------------- * Experience with Kubernetes, Rancher, AKS, EKS, or similar environments. * Knowledge of GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent tools. * Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, Elastic, Datadog, or other observability solutions. * Experience automating VMware, cloud, or corporate platform environments. * Knowledge of pipeline security, DevSecOps, secret management, and hardening. * Cloud, Kubernetes, DevOps, Linux, or automation certifications are advantageous. **Expected Behavioral Profile:** ----------------------------------- * Inquisitive, proactive, and continuously improvement-oriented mindset. * Ability to transform manual tasks into automated processes. * Strong communication skills with infrastructure, development, security, and operations teams. * Organized, documentation-focused, and attentive to traceability. * Focus on reliability, operational efficiency, and risk reduction. **Work Model: Remote** (We will prioritize candidates residing in **Brasília or its surrounding region**, considering occasional on-site activities at the office) Do you want to join our team? **Apply now and embark on this journey with us!**
