Senior Developer (Product)

We are looking for a Senior Developer who enjoys building end-to-end solutions, has the autonomy to transform challenges into tangible deliverables, and wants to actively participate in the product's technical decisions. What you’ll do daily * Develop complete features—from development through to production (dev-to-production)—with autonomy and accountability. * Work on the development and maintenance of SPAs, APIs, and automations. * Actively participate in refinement sessions and architectural decisions. * Serve as a strategic partner to the Tech Lead in technical decision-making. * Support the growth of less-experienced developers by sharing knowledge and conducting didactic code reviews. * Identify, define, and disseminate technical standards across the team. * Be accountable for your own estimates, proactively communicating risks and blockers. What we’re looking for — Front-end (React) Advanced knowledge in: * Developing responsive SPA applications using ReactJS. * Efficient management of local and global state (State, Reducers, and Context API). * Advanced use of hooks and creation of custom hooks. * Best practices in componentization, performance, and application organization. JavaScript / TypeScript Solid experience in: * Advanced TypeScript, including generics and resolution of complex type-related problems. * Validation tools such as JOI, ZOD, or similar. * Project configuration and structuring (tsconfig, eslint, prettier, etc.). * Build and bundling tools (Webpack, Rollup, Vite, or similar). Back-end (Node.js) Experience in: * Building APIs and web services. * Processing large volumes of data using streams. * Queues and asynchronous processing (BullMQ, Redis, etc.). * Caching strategies and performance optimization. Additional valuable knowledge: **Security** * Authentication, authorization, and mitigation of common vulnerabilities. **Docker** * Creating Dockerfiles and docker-compose files. * Experience with registries (DockerHub, AWS ECR, etc.). **AWS** * EC2, S3, ECS, RDS, and Lambda. * CloudFront and infrastructure concepts. **CI/CD** * GitHub Actions or similar tools. **Databases** * Relational: PostgreSQL. * Non-relational: MongoDB and DynamoDB.
