Your role will be hands-on and end-to-end within modern, mission-critical cloud environments. * Work hands\-on in AWS environments with end‑to‑end accountability. * Administer, monitor, and sustain cloud infrastructures in production scenarios. * Participate in technical meetings and architectural decisions, representing the team to clients. * Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform. * Operate and sustain Kubernetes environments, focusing on stability and performance. * Work in DevOps and SRE contexts, supporting automation, reliability, and observability. * Lead troubleshooting and incident resolution independently. * Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve environments and processes. **Who we’re looking for:** We seek a professional with a solid technical foundation in infrastructure and cloud, a mature profile, and the ability to operate independently in complex environments. * 3 years of hands-on AWS experience, working end-to-end. * Experience in cloud project delivery and/or production cloud environment support. * Ability to independently lead technical meetings with clients. * Practical experience with Terraform and Kubernetes. * Generalist profile, with solution-oriented thinking and a focus on stability. * Strong communication skills, organization, and technical accountability. **Requirements:** * AWS certification (any level) — expected for this seniority level. * Proven experience administering cloud environments. * Practical (not just conceptual) experience in cloud, DevOps, or SRE. * Ability to clearly explain technical and architectural decisions. **Why build your career at Ingram Micro:** At Ingram Micro, you’ll find global scale with local autonomy, involvement in challenging projects, continuous learning, and genuine space for technical growth.
