Responsibilities and Duties * Incident and internal request handling * Strong communication skills and ease in crisis management and communication with teams during critical situations * Proposing improvements to scripts and workflows that cause incidents, including proposals for scalable and highly available architectures on public cloud, with focus on AWS * Investigating recurring incidents and implementing root-cause solutions * Working with the AWS serverless stack: Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway * Proficiency in Python and non-relational databases (DynamoDB) * Contributing to Knowledge Base documentation Requirements and Qualifications * **Bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields (Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering)** * **Ongoing postgraduate studies will be considered a plus** * **Serverless Framework** * **Automation tools such as Ansible** * **Experience with TOTVS products (RM, Protheus, or Fluig)** * **Experience with CI/CD processes** * **AWS certifications (Cloud Practitioner or higher)** Desired Qualifications We seek a professional with excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities, capable of interacting effectively with diverse stakeholders and building collaborative networks.
