Senior AI Engineer

Description

We are looking for a **Senior AI Engineer** to work on the development and deployment of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions, transforming business needs into scalable, high\-impact applications. The professional will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop and operationalize Machine Learning models and applications based on LLMs. **Responsibilities** * Develop and implement Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions * Create applications using Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) * Design data pipelines and MLOps processes for training, evaluating and monitoring models * Build AI agents, chatbots and solutions based on RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation) * Integrate AI solutions with APIs, enterprise systems and cloud platforms * Collaborate with business areas, data engineering and software development to identify automation and innovation opportunities * Ensure the quality, performance, security and governance of developed solutions * Monitor trends and best practices in AI and GenAI **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields * Proficiency in Python development * Knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning * Expertise in LangChain, LangGraph and LlamaIndex or similar * Familiarity with language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or open\-source models) * Understanding of vector databases and RAG architecture * Skills in REST APIs and system integration * Knowledge of Git, Docker and CI/CD practices * Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP) **Nice to have** * Experience with MLOps and observability tools * Knowledge of Databricks, MLflow and enterprise AI platforms * Expertise in Kubernetes and microservices architecture * Certifications in Cloud, Databricks or Generative AI * Experience in AI projects applied to sectors such as manufacturing, utilities, finance or insurance **We offer** * International projects with top brands * Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers * Healthcare benefits * Employee financial programs * Paid time off and sick leave * Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses * Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000\+ courses * Global career opportunities * Volunteer and community involvement opportunities * EPAM Employee Groups * Award\-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn *EPAM is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
