We seek a Senior/Expert Systems Analyst to work on implementation, integration, and development projects for industrial and corporate systems, focusing on .NET development and technical IT project management. This professional will support project execution, ensuring delivery quality, system integration, and alignment between technical and business areas. #### **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain applications in .NET (C\#); * Conduct requirements gathering and analysis with business areas; * Support execution and monitoring of IT projects using agile and hybrid methodologies; * Ensure system integration (ERP, APIs, and web services); * Perform testing, validation, and quality assurance of deliverables; * Prepare technical documentation and conduct user training; * Manage technical risks and support solution definition; * Use project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Trello; * Provide technical support and service to internal and external customers. #### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree completed in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Control and Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in .NET and C\# development; * Knowledge of system integration (ERP, APIs, and web services); * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and hybrid project management; * Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Trello; * Intermediate English proficiency for technical reading and meetings; * Intermediate Spanish is considered a plus; * Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and ability to interface between technical and business areas. **Compensation:** * Salary negotiable; * Hapvida Health Plan after 3 months; * Uniodonto Dental Plan; * Meal/Voucher Allowance: R$ 30.00 per day; * Transportation Allowance (4% employee contribution); * Wellhub (Gympass); * SESC partnership; * Internal career opportunities. **Working Hours and Location:** * Monday to Thursday: 08:00–18:00 \| Friday: 08:00–17:00 * Rua Amélia Rosa, Qd.
