To check your application status, log in using your candidate credentials on our careers page, as it will reflect any updates.** **Job Profile / Responsibilities:** * Review prior shift activities and pending actions per the Leader’s instructions; * Conduct internal, external, and perimeter patrols—motorized or non-motorized—as well as special surveillance assignments (e.g., events); * Perform identification and access control for employees, contractors, visitors, customers, and suppliers, as well as vehicle entry; * Respond to telephone calls promptly and consistently adhere to established service standards; * Query and/or register information in departmental systems (e.g., email, fire system); * Inspect the facility to prevent and correct irregularities; * Operate and monitor access control, alarm, and CCTV systems; * Conduct searches of individuals and vehicles whenever necessary; * Respond to incidents, documenting facts clearly and accurately; * Provide first aid and medical assistance—including ambulance services—to accident victims; * Operate the scale (Weighing System) per established procedures; * Notify the Occupational Safety department immediately upon identifying situations posing physical risk to employees, contractors, visitors, customers, or suppliers; * Comply with company policies/procedures/standards related to work processes, quality management systems, environment, health, and safety; * Perform other related or inherent duties aligned with your work process and/or quality management system procedures. **Basic Qualifications:** **Education:** Completed high school; certified security guard training program (valid refresher training); valid driver’s license Class B **Computer Skills:** Full Microsoft Office suite **Language:** Basic English **Behavioral Competencies:** Teamwork, strong communication skills, sense of urgency, dynamism, perceptiveness. **Preferred Candidates Should Have:** * Advanced English * Advanced Excel and Power BI knowledge **Additional Information:** Work schedule follows a rotating shift pattern **Interested in this challenge and ready to grow your career at Caterpillar?
