### **JOB DESCRIPTION** * Coordinate and support the operational team in fulfilling defined routines; * Supervise schedules, scopes, and resources to ensure quality and financial efficiency; * Validate risk maps and participate in negotiations with suppliers and clients; * Issue performance reports and indicators for senior business management; * Develop and validate procedures to ensure an appropriate operational standard for each operation based on commercial agreements; * Supervise service-providing security units, ensuring proper personnel management, compliance with quality standards in service delivery, and operational and financial efficiency as defined by legal regulations. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree preferred; * Preferred course in Corporate Security Management; * Preferred course in Security Guard; * Previous experience as a Security Supervisor or Security Inspector; * Computer skills; * Leadership experience preferred. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract:** Permanent
