Job Summary: We are looking for a Mid-Level Scrum Master to facilitate agile teams, promoting continuous improvement, workflow efficiency, and high-quality value delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Act as a facilitator between the team and stakeholders We are seeking a Mid-Level Scrum Master to facilitate agile teams, promoting continuous improvement, workflow efficiency, and high-quality value delivery. Responsibilities * Facilitate agile ceremonies, ensuring focus, efficiency, and results * Remove impediments affecting the team's workflow * Support the team in adopting agile best practices * Monitor flow and performance metrics of the team * Promote data-driven continuous improvement * Act as a facilitator between the team and stakeholders * Support the Product Owner in backlog organization and refinement Required Experience * Experience as a Scrum Master in agile teams * Experience with Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid frameworks * Experience with agile metrics (Lead Time, Cycle Time, WIP, throughput) * Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Requirements * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress * Strong communication, organizational, and facilitation skills * Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement * Intermediate English proficiency Preferred Qualifications * Certification in Scrum or agile methodologies * Experience with predictability metrics * Experience in multi-team environments Work Model * 100% remote Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$7\.000,00 \- R$8\.000,00 per month Work Location: Remote
