Ability to contribute to solution design and continuous evolution **Job Code:** 1551 ### **Company** ### **Area(s) of Expertise** IT \- SAP **Technology(ies):** VIM ### **Job Description** 100% Remote Duration: 6 months to 1 year Advanced English proficiency required \*\*We require professionals to support US operations; therefore, we are seeking individuals able to work from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM Brasília Time (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM \- India Standard Time, IST). ### **Requirements** * Required Skills and Experience – OpenText VIM * Proven experience in end-to-end SAP OpenText VIM implementation projects, including ECC and S/4HANA environments * Practical experience with BCC and/or Invoice Extraction Service (IES) * Experience handling multiple invoice input channels, including OCR, email, manual upload, and IDocs * Strong experience in approval workflow configuration and management, Chart of Accounts (CoA), and expense types * Expertise in automatic derivation of invoice attributes, such as G/L accounts and cost centers—especially for Non-PO invoices * Comprehensive experience in end-to-end invoice processing for PO, Non-PO, and down payment scenarios * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Solid understanding of end-to-end SAP VIM processes * Ability to contribute to solution design, improvements, and continuous evolution * Capable of independently resolving issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams when necessary * Experience with DRC integration and e-Invoicing is desirable * **Location** São Paulo \- SP * **Work Modality**Remote * **Professional Level** Senior Consultant / Developer * **Minimum Academic Qualification** Completed Bachelor's Degree * **Contract Type** PJ (Individual Contractor) * **Shift/Working Hours** 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM BR
