Interaction with customer service **Compensation:** R$ 2\.100,00 **Benefits:** VT \+ VR \+ Dental Plan **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. **Location:** Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in History, Law, Library Science, or related fields; * Experience in documentary research (an advantage for European citizenship processes); * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Familiarity with genealogical research platforms (FamilySearch, Tombo.pt, Antenati), paleography knowledge, and foreign language skills (English, Italian, or Spanish) are considered advantageous. **Main Responsibilities:** * Researching and organizing genealogical documents in digital databases and physical archives; * Transcribing historical records; * Requesting official certificates from governmental agencies; * Preparing reports for the legal team; * Updating internal systems and departmental records; * Providing customer service as needed.
