We believe in diversity, equity, and inclusion of professionals regardless of disability, race/ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, origin, or family composition. **Responsibilities and Duties** **DUTY** Apply the best available practices and tools to elicit functional and non-functional requirements that the system under development must fulfill. **SKILLS** Proactivity, teamwork ability, self-management and decision-making capability, communication skills (ability to express oneself orally and in writing with precision and clarity, and to easily understand written and spoken messages). **Your day-to-day:** * Guide, monitor, and direct developers on using the Requirements Process tools * Capture a Common Vocabulary; Classify Critical System Processes; participate in prototype development * Define Report Specifications * Define Audit Trail Record * Describe the User Interface * Develop Supplementary Specifications * Develop Requirements Management Plan * Document Information Classification * Elaborate Supplementary Specifications * Elaborate Glossary * Elaborate Requirements List * Elaborate Access Profile Matrix for the system * Elaborate System Messages * Specify Functional Requirements / Use Cases * Structure the Use Case Model * Conduct Requirements Approval Meeting * Elicit, Document, and Prioritize Preliminary Requirements * Maintain Business Rules **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need:** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or any other undergraduate program, accompanied by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master’s, or doctoral degree) in Information Technology, with a minimum duration of 360 hours. * **Additional Information** **Courses and Certifications:** * CPRE \- Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (desirable); IBM Certified Specialist for Rational Requirements Management w/Use Cases (desirable); * **Join Certsys and Be Part of the Public Sector’s Digital Transformation!** Are you passionate about technology and innovation, and do you believe true digital transformation begins with cultural change?
