




**Main responsibilities** * **Resume screening:** * Initial resume analysis to identify candidates who match the job profile. * **Job posting dissemination:** * Publish job ads on different platforms, such as company websites, social media, and other recruitment sources. * **Interview scheduling:** * Schedule and confirm interviews (individual or group) with candidates. * **Conducting selection processes:** * Assist and, at times, lead group dynamics, administer tests, and conduct initial interviews. * **Administrative support:** * Organize and update candidate databases, process tracking spreadsheets, and provide feedback to candidates. * **Support in onboarding:** * Assist in collecting documents and integrating new employees. * **Candidate communication:** * Answer calls and communicate with candidates by phone or in person, clarifying questions. **Important skills and knowledge** * **Computer skills:** * Proficiency in tools such as Word and Excel for report and spreadsheet creation. * **Organization:** * Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. * **Proactivity:** * Capacity to take initiative in performing tasks and solving problems. * **Communication:** * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with candidates and colleagues. **Education:** Students majoring in Psychology, HR, or Business Administration. **Note:** We accept resumes from any region of the country \- Remote Position Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
