Our commitment is to technological excellence, financial inclusion, and the generation of sustainable value for customers, employees, and partners—fostering a more connected and accessible ecosystem. **Requirements:** About the position We are looking for a Senior/Staff QA professional with a highly technical and hands\-on profile, capable of contributing from test strategy definition through automated testing execution on complex systems. This person will serve as a technical reference, ensuring product quality, performance, and continuous evolution. Responsibilities Define and evolve test strategy (functional and non-functional) Develop and maintain test automation (web, API, E2E, performance) Work hands\-on with QA coding and frameworks Lead PoCs, evaluate new technologies, and drive continuous improvements Analyze risks, trade\-offs, and quality-related decision impacts Work with distributed systems, microservices, and cloud environments Support the team as a technical quality reference Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines Requirements Solid experience as a Senior QA Engineer or similar role Strong background in test automation **Proficiency with tools such as:** Playwright, Cypress, Selenium Postman, REST Assured, or similar Programming proficiency in at least two languages (JavaScript, Python, Java, or C\#) Experience with API, integration, E2E, and performance testing Experience with modern architecture (microservices, cloud) Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes Knowledge of practices such as TDD, BDD, CI/CD Advantages Experience applying AI to QA (test generation, failure analysis, automation) Experience with security testing (SAST, DAST, OWASP) Experience in accounting, tax, or financial systems **Experience with legacy systems (e.g.:** PowerBuilder) Profile Hands\-on and results-oriented Analytical mindset with business and product vision Ability to influence technical decisions Proactive and autonomous Clear communication and collaboration across diverse teams
