THE SOCIAL SERVICE FOR TRANSPORT (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORT TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service under CNPJ/MF numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby publicly announce the opening of registrations for the Personnel Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice.
**1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:**
1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages.
1\.2\. Approved candidates may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order.
1\.3\. The selection process will be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution will be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT.
POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES
2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below:
**POSITION:** Psychologist
**EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Fixed-term contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT).
2\.1\. Work schedule and shift will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must inform availability for the scheduled hours. Candidates declining the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process.
**WORKLOAD:** 44 hours/week

**Job Summary:** Provides psychological counseling to diagnose and assess emotional, mental, and social adaptation disorders in patients; investigates unconscious behavioral factors to bring them into conscious awareness, clarifies conflicts, and accompanies patients throughout treatment until discharge; also participates in the development and implementation of health-related actions and campaigns.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):**
**NOTE:** PROOF OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME.
**DOCUMENTATION:**
Active registration with the Regional Psychology Council (CRP).
The required qualifications must be demonstrated through:
a) Copy of the Professional Identity Card issued by the respective Regional Psychology Council, valid within its expiration date and displaying the professional’s full name. (At the time of hiring, a “no record” certificate issued by the council will be required.)
b) Declaration/document issued by the Regional Psychology Council indicating the active registration number, the professional’s full name, validity period, and duly signed and stamped.
**EXPERIENCE:**
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGICAL COUNSELING.
**VERIFICATION:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, under penalty of document rejection. Professional experience verification must be demonstrated through:
a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), type of service rendered, and description of activities performed;
b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Booklet (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the targeted position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature correlated to that required in the Selection Process);
c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to verify experience.

**SYLLABUS:**
**PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):**

Interview techniques. Developmental psychology: normal development. Developmental psychopathology. Health-illness process: chronic and acute diseases; biomedical model and biopsychosocial model of health. Basic health actions: promotion; prevention; rehabilitation; health barriers and behaviors; levels of health care. Basic intervention repertoire: functional level and psychosocial needs assessment of the patient; stress theories and management; pain theories and management: coping styles. Group practices. The psychologist’s role at the health/work/education interface. Alcohol, tobacco, other drugs: fields of practice and theoretical trends. Law No. 8080/90 — regulates health actions and services performed by natural or legal persons, whether public or private. Professional ethics. Common knowledge inherent to the position.
