Promotion of mental health, well-being, culture, and diversity Recruitment and Selection: Use psychological tests and group dynamics to identify candidates best suited for open positions and company culture. Training and Development: Develop training, leadership, and coaching programs to support the growth of employees and leaders. Performance Management: Design and implement evaluation systems, feedback mechanisms, and individual and team performance improvement plans. Organizational Diagnosis: Analyze organizational climate, culture, and structure to identify issues and propose strategic solutions. Mental Health and Well-being: Implement initiatives to address stress and anxiety, and foster a healthy and supportive work environment. Culture and Engagement: Strengthen organizational culture, mission, vision, and values to increase employee satisfaction and engagement. Diversity and Inclusion (D&I): Implement policies that value diverse perspectives and promote an inclusive environment. Conflict Management: Mediate and resolve interpersonal and team conflicts.
