Protective Net Installer

Job Summary: Professional responsible for installing protective nets, including measuring, drilling, fixing, tensioning, finishing, and inspection, as well as conducting technical visits and offering products. Opportunity to offer additional protective items This position is intended for professionals with completed elementary education, technical knowledge, and experience in installing protective nets, holding a driver's license category A, B, or AB, and availability for travel to work in the protective equipment installation sector in São Luís \- MA. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Install preventive and protective items: * Site measurement * Drilling * Hook installation * Net tensioning * Finishing and inspection * Site cleanup * Replacement of old nets with new ones * Conduct technical visits for assessment and quotation preparation; * Offer additional protective items during technical visits or installations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Reside in the metropolitan region of São Luís \- MA; * Completed elementary education; * Technical knowledge and experience in installing protective nets; * Proficiency in basic arithmetic operations, interpretation of measurements (linear dimensions), and strong spatial awareness; * Knowledge of materials used in protective equipment installation; * Basic computer skills; * Strong communication skills with clients; * Availability for travel; * Experience working at heights is a plus; * Desired: courses in building maintenance, civil construction, or construction engineering; * Sales experience is a plus; * Behavioral profile: organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in time management. **Additional Information** CLT employment contract; Working hours: Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 02:00 PM to 5:30 PM Saturdays: 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM Fixed salary; Commission; Meal allowance; Transportation allowance; Travel expenses (accommodation, meals, and transportation) covered by the company, plus a variable bonus based on service performance.
