Job Summary: We are seeking a PMO professional to structure, standardize, and govern industrial projects, with a focus on engineering, analysis, and the safe execution of complex projects. Key Highlights: 1. Implement project governance and portfolio management methodology. 2. Monitor industrial implementation, retrofit, and expansion projects. 3. Interact with multiple departments, serving as an integration point. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * We are seeking a PMO professional to structure, standardize, and ensure governance of the company's industrial projects. We seek someone with an integrated engineering perspective, strong analytical capability, and discipline to safely, accurately, and strategically align the execution of complex projects. * Key Responsibilities * Implement project governance methodology, including portfolio management, prioritization, governance rituals, and executive reporting. * Develop schedules (MS Project or Primavera P6\), WBS/EAP, S-curves, and physical\-financial KPIs. * Monitor industrial plant implementation, retrofit, and expansion projects, ensuring quality, deadlines, and budget adherence. * Conduct risk management, CAPEX tracking, cash flow analysis, and variance analysis. * Interact directly with engineering, maintenance, procurement, suppliers, and executive management, serving as an integration point across departments. * Lead critical performance analyses of industrial equipment, including equipment of Chinese origin. * Support commissioning, start\-up, and performance validation of equipment and systems. * Standardize reports, templates, risk matrices, and performance indicators. * Promote discipline, predictability, and efficiency in project execution. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Mining, Metallurgical, or related fields). * Prior experience in base industries: steelmaking, mining, cement, or aggregates. * Experience in industrial implementation, retrofit, or expansion projects. * Solid experience in portfolio management, CAPEX/OPEX, and contracts. * Proficiency in scheduling, physical\-financial analysis, and planning tools. * Fluent English for conducting negotiations and discussions with international suppliers. * Structured, analytical, resilient, and results-oriented profile. * Preferred Qualifications * PMP®, PMI\-RMP®, or PMI\-SP® certifications. * Experience with industrial process equipment (crushers, screens, dryers, magnetic separators, conveyors). * Familiarity with equipment of Chinese origin and negotiation of spare parts. * Practical knowledge of reliability, availability, MTBF/MTTR, and industrial operations. * Experience with ESG, operational safety (Brazilian NR regulations), and project compliance.
