The Project Analyst is responsible for conceiving, sizing, and developing complete technical projects for energy generation systems, ensuring compliance with ANEEL regulations and specific requirements of Electric Power Concessionaires. Key responsibilities include preparing approval and execution projects, as well as managing all regulatory procedures with Electric Power Concessionaires and CREAs (Regional Councils of Engineering and Agronomy). Education and Experience * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory). * Minimum 6 months of experience in project-related roles, preferably in Distributed Generation (photovoltaic solar energy). Technical Knowledge (Hard Skills) * Proficiency in technical drawing software such as AutoCAD (intermediate level). * Advanced knowledge of electrical installations and electrical materials. * Advanced knowledge of ABNT standards and technical standards issued by Electric Power Concessionaires (recognized subject-matter expert). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Basic knowledge of ANEEL Regulatory Resolution. Behavioral Skills (Soft Skills) * Ability to work independently (capable of performing knowledge and skill management functions). * Demonstrated high-level technical expertise, acting as a reference and mentor for less experienced colleagues. * High degree of organization, attention to detail, and rigor in task execution. * Clear communication skills for dealings with concessionaires and regulatory bodies. **Main Activities and Responsibilities** 1\. Project Development and Engineering * Analysis and Preparation: Prepare projects for approval by the Electric Power Concessionaire (Photovoltaic Power Plant, Substation, Transformer Station, Distribution Network, Grouped Metering). * Technical Drawing: Prepare schematic drawings for project sheets using AutoCAD software. * Sizing: Perform schematic calculations to determine wiring and circuit protection, and calculate and define the allocation percentage for beneficiary consumers. * Standards: Analyze commercial information and technical feasibility, applying current regulations issued by Concessionaires and ANEEL Resolution. * Execution Project: Prepare execution projects for construction, including specification and sizing of electrical and miscellaneous materials, and quantification for the Bill of Materials. 2\. Approval and Regulatory Management * Submission: Submit projects to the concessionaire, verify document folders and catalogs, and track approval status. * Concessionaire Coordination: Request construction inspections, contracts (CUSD / CCER / CEO) for Group A customers, load increases, and standardization procedures, monitoring all responses via portal, e\-mail, or telephone. * Ombudsman: File complaints with the Ombudsman in cases of pending issues or delays. * CREA: Prepare and request cancellation of ART (Technical Responsibility Annotation), monitor annual fees, company registration (legal entity), registration of technical responsible person, and professional certification across all CREAs nationwide. 3\. Information Management * Interact with the Salesforce system to receive and manage information from the Commercial and Technical Feasibility departments. * Prepare descriptive memoranda containing all project guidelines.
