Job Summary: Project Analyst position in Ribeirão Preto to monitor and optimize the development of architectural and complementary projects, acting as liaison with internal departments and service providers. We offer customized solutions to meet companies' human resources needs. **Responsibilities:** Monitor the development of architectural and complementary projects, minimizing errors and optimizing production time. Submit projects to public agencies for permits and registrations. Analyze timelines for Sketch Studies, Initial Feasibility, and Technical Feasibility reports for the New Business Department, regularly submitting schedules to facilitate land acquisition. Calculate average project development time per phase based on completed and ongoing projects. Validate and review third-party technical proposal development to ensure optimal architectural quality and project cost efficiency. Coordinate architectural and complementary projects during development and legalization phases. Liaise with all relevant internal departments and service providers involved in project stages to identify adjustments, ensure deadline compliance, maintain quality standards, and continuously improve processes. Conduct weekly meetings with partners, land developers, and other company departments to align project schedules. Participate in preparing technical and financial feasibility studies for projects. Perform other duties related to this position. Previous experience as Project Coordinator, Project Specialist, Project Manager, or Project Consultant may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor’s degree required.
