A **Technology Company specializing in Audio, Video, and Automation** has an open position for a **Programmer**, a professional who will join the technical team focused on programming, configuring, and testing residential automation systems, ensuring proper functionality of solutions, compliance with technical standards, process organization, and project delivery and customer service quality. **Key Responsibilities:** * Program, configure, and test residential automation systems * Configure control interfaces and validate system functionality * Assist in installation and testing of audio, video, and security equipment * Interpret project documents, manuals, and technical specifications * Complete technical documentation, checklists, and reports * Ensure adherence to schedules, technical standards, and company procedures * Identify defects, conduct tests, and support technical solutions * Organize tools, materials, vehicles, and the work environment * Participate in technical training and updates provided by manufacturers and distributors * Provide technical support to the team, leadership, and customers when necessary. **Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Electroelectronics (in progress or completed) * Basic knowledge of electrical systems and ability to read technical drawings * Driver's license category A * Availability for overtime, travel, and weekend work **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in residential automation, audio, or video systems * Undergraduate studies in progress in Engineering or Administration * Knowledge of structured cabling **Ideal Candidate Profile:** An organized, proactive, disciplined professional with genuine motivation to learn and grow.
