* Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives. * Lead discovery and delivery initiatives, ensuring focus on value and impact. * Prioritize the backlog based on data, business impact, and user needs. * Translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable requirements for the team. * Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Research, and Data. * Conduct market, competitive, and growth opportunity analyses. * Define and track success metrics (OKRs, KPIs, North Star Metrics). * Validate hypotheses through experimentation, MVPs, and A/B testing. * Manage stakeholders and communicate decisions, risks, and outcomes clearly. * Identify and mitigate product, technical, and business risks. * Mentor junior Product Managers. * Serve as a reference for best practices in Product Management. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or higher. * Fluent English. * Solid experience as a Product Manager for digital products. * Proven track record of leading products or large-scale initiatives. * Strong business acumen and understanding of financial and growth metrics. * Experience with agile methodologies and product practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Discovery). * Analytical ability and data-driven decision-making skills. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. * Experience working with multidisciplinary teams. * Experience operating in highly complex and ambiguous environments.
