Ready for a career that delivers more? **Check out this opportunity and \#JoinPagBank!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop, lead, and support Product Analysts responsible for products targeting Controller functions. * Support teams in building the product vision aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and key stakeholders. * Develop and monitor the strategic plan and define the roadmap for accounting, regulatory, and tax topics. * Support teams in backlog prioritization decisions. * Directly manage, monitor, and conduct feedback and development cycles for Product Analysts. * Share product planning and progress with leadership and stakeholders. * Define, collect, and report product metrics. * Periodically report, in executive format, the progress of the product development roadmap and improvements. * Understand engineering and business requirements necessary for product launch and ongoing support. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Information Technology, or related fields. * Proven experience in product management, participation in multidisciplinary projects, and interaction between business and technology areas. * Experience in people management and involvement across all project phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. * Excellent skills in product and/or project management for the Accounting area. * Knowledge of product management methodologies: PMI (PMBOK), Agile (Scrum, Kanban), and/or hybrid approaches. * Familiarity with tools such as Jira. Ability to create and track schedules, status reports, executive presentations, and action plans. **Additional Information** **To stand out in this role, it would be great if you also had**: * Power BI knowledge for indicator tracking. * Certifications in Agile and project management methodologies: PMP, CAPM, PMI\-ACP, PRINCE2, etc. * Participation in audit projects. * Knowledge of organizational change management (Change Management). * Experience with OKRs or metric-driven management. * Prior experience in system integration or regulatory compliance projects.
