Job Summary: Product Designer responsible for proposing and developing strategic experiences, working within a multidisciplinary team and contributing to the evolution of the Design System. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic contribution to the development of product experiences. 2. Collaboration within a multidisciplinary team including PMs, Developers, and QAs. 3. Active participation in the evolution of the Design System and internal initiatives. **Job Description:** **What the Product Designer will do:** * Propose and develop experiences strategically. * Collaborate with the Experience Chapter, composed of UX Writers, Researchers, and Experience Analysts. * Serve as the lead Designer in one of our multidisciplinary studios, alongside PMs, Developers, QAs, and Agilists. * Conduct and participate in research and discovery activities to define features and improvements. * Design user flows and screens for our apps and websites, aligned with our Design System and focused on optimal user experience. * Participate in the evolution of the Design System and other internal initiatives led by the Experience Chapter. * Manage personal workload effectively, align expectations, and pursue continuous improvement. **Requirements:** * Proven experience working in and with Design and Experience teams. * Experience designing digital interfaces for applications and websites, always prioritizing optimal user experience. * Experience using and contributing to Design Systems. * Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and active presence. * Intermediate Spanish proficiency for verbal and written communication. **Desired Skills:** * Proficiency with tools: Figma, Miro, Maze. * Knowledge of UX Design practices: Design Critique, heuristics, etc. * Familiarity with the Scrum methodology. * Agility and flexibility to handle day\-to\-day challenges. **Nice-to-Have:** * English proficiency or interest in working within a predominantly Brazilian team. * Experience in the entertainment sector: cinema, series, sports, TV, or telecommunications. * Awareness of accessibility considerations in digital interface user experiences. **Additional Information:** Contract type: PJ **Location****Contract Type****Work Model** São Paulo, SP, BR Freelance PJ Hybrid
