We are seeking a professional to serve as a **Procurement and Import Analyst**, responsible for ensuring efficient supply of materials and services for company projects, primarily handling domestic procurement and supporting import processes, while securing optimal conditions regarding cost, delivery time, and quality — all with a high degree of organization and predictability. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Conduct quotations and negotiations with national and international suppliers * Issue purchase orders and monitor the entire cycle through delivery * Ensure adherence to project-aligned timelines * Develop and qualify suppliers * Interface with internal departments (Sales, Engineering, PMO) * Support international procurement processes and external supplier relationships * Coordinate with logistics operators, customs brokers, and partners * Monitor shipments and import timelines * Analyze and validate import costs (freight, taxes, warehousing, and services) * Support definition of optimal logistics strategy (mode, timeline, and cost) * Ensure timely updates to controls, reports, and databases **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields * Prior experience in procurement, preferably with international procurement exposure * Experience with import processes (shipment tracking and coordination with logistics partners) * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency * Advanced/fluent English **Profile We Seek** ----------------------- * Analytical and organized mindset * Strong negotiation skills * Proactivity and sense of urgency * Clear communication and cross-departmental interfacing ability * Ability to manage multiple concurrent demands
