End-to-end procurement portfolio management—from handling requisitions through purchase order issuance and follow-up—ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and commercial competitiveness. Leading quotation and supplier negotiation processes, developing new supply sources, and managing contracts.
